even tho id like to see it on console and they are dumb for not putting it on console it wont happen.
They’re not dumb. It would need pruned beyond belief in order to be on console.

didnt bellular have a video on playing live version with a controller?
I know some of the menus could be tricky but with concepts like the addon opie bring i think alot of it could even be improved from what we currently have.
There’s a way to do it with all the spells but it’s very complicated and have no idea how to do it myself. It’s doable though.

Isn’t ESO an infinitely less complicated game because it’s just Skyrim with a very limited ability bar?
It’s a lot easier to port games when the interface and number of abilities is tuned with console controllers in mind.
There’s a couple of videos out there but it requires a lot of creative use of addons and then you have a limited ability selections you have to work around.

with adjustments and a maybe a bar swap system like eso wow could work on console think of the 150m console gamers playing wow.
that would be alot more money for blizzard and keep wow alive longer.
also tera,black desert ,neverwinter and de universe online are all mmos on xbox.
I hope it never goes to console, because then the game would be flooded with people who play console games. Yuck!
Yes he did. I implemented it myself. You still have the mouse and keyboard available for “fine tuning”/setup moments, but 95% of your gameplay is on the controller.
Healing is a pain though.
it wouldnt be crossplay it would just be on xbox or ps4.

look at games like For Honor. 2 abilities light and heavy attack and you can do so much with it because of creative design.
same with black desert online. its much more complicated in combat and professions etc than wow but was converted to console.

So then why not just use a computer? Don’t most console players play on a couch (or some place other than a desk/table)? Mouse and keyboard on the couch doesn’t sound like fun.
