Well Vampires and Necromancers are to a greater or lesser degree covered by Death Knights and Affliction Warlocks. We also have the Living Dead. So I propose that Blizzard add a new class to fill out the horror genre theme.
Cannibals. Yes, and why not? Wouldn’t it be grand to play as a homicidal character that gets HP refilled by eating the corpses of the fallen? Just think about how much gratification you could have in PVP by not only killing your opponents but also eating them.
This would be a new race which will look similar to Looney Tunes Tasmanian Devil.
How about those idiot players in your dungeon group. The ones that keep dying. Now you wouldn’t have to rez them. You could simply eat them to refill your lost hp.
Also in a dungeon group if the healer is not healing well enough? Hey just eat the healer for hp regain. Oh the tank is doing a bad job of holding aggro? Eat the tank! Oh the dps are terrible? Eat them too!
You can also get special cooking abilities like one named “How to serve guild mates on a platter, with potatoes and carrots.”
You would never need another healing potion. Just look around for roadkill. Or any battle field would offer you a feast of dead bodies. And you could collect the left overs in a lunchbox or doggie bag for later snacks.
Think of what an achievement it would be when you reached max level and earned the title “Top Chef!” Ramsey would have nothing on you!
Yes! I know you can’t wait to create a Cannibal character. What wonderful culinary adventures will await you!

This would need some NPC dialogue overhaul for a final stellar touch to greatness.
Like fallout 4. Everyone should try the cannibal perk at least for one save.
or to save time…jsut google a video for all companions reactions to it. Strong to me is the better of them. He gives pointers.

Don’t the forsaken already have the ability to eat the dead and regain HP? I know the ability used to work that way but haven’t needed it for years…
Of all the threads ive read this is one of them. Luckily for op, forsaken actually do have cannibalize as a racial last i checked

One can easily underestimate the power of the cannibal perk on Fallout 4.
Forsaken racial ability Already exists.
Cannibalize: When activated, regenerates 7% of total health and mana every 2 sec for 10 sec. Only works on Humanoid or Undead corpses within 5 yds. Any movement, action, or damage taken while Cannibalizing will cancel the effect.
