WoW needs more Dad'ghar

Where’s he been?

First time I saw him, in the intro quest to WoD, I found him incredibly annoying but strangely he grew on me (no, not like a parasite, metaphorically.) But he’s been missing since Legion.

Last two expansions have been “Tyrande this” and “Sylvanas that” and “boy king of Stormwind” but who cares about them?

I want Dad’ghar back!

He’s somewhere being too good for this game.

I vote that he has to be voice acted by Ion now.

You never visited Outland?

TBC was a long time ago, where was he in Outland?

Shattrath City

Oh yeah, now I remember. Like I said, TBC was a long time ago.

Khadgar took a break. He was the main guy for four years, they wanted to let other characters do things for awhile so he earned a vacation.

Right before BfA Khadgar saw the faction war about to start and called it stupid and exasperating. He wanted no part in it. So he went off to Karazhan to work with Medivh in brainstorming ways to help fix the giant sword problem. That’s the last we saw of him.

Is the dadghar joke just because his name rhymes with dad? I never quite understood that one, I guess he could come off a little fatherly but what middle aged man wouldn’t?

Both because it rhymes and because of the fatherly figure bit.

Dude, no. Tony Amendola does such a great job.

for me its Lord Illidon

He’s also a pun master and dad-joke connoisseur.

It’s the rhyme and the fact that he tells A LOT of dad jokes

I’d have to agree with him on that one.

Wish they’d used that logic on Sylvanas a while ago.

Also yeah Khadgar checked out when he saw BfA’s plot coming, proving once again that he’s smarter than all of us. I was kinda hoping him and Medivh would come back this expansion, considering the latter definitely had some kind of death related shenanigans (he died, got brought back as some kind of Force ghost, and is apparently now exploring the Cosmos), but I guess we’ll see.
