Does anyone know any wow model changing apps? I am not interested in add ons that effect the game. But I just want a separate app from wow that doesn’t effect anything in game. I know blizzard dosent like model changing. But I just want to eddit some of the world on my own time, and it not effect anything blizzard does.
What sort of editing to the world do you want to do?
Whether it’s purely for personal consumption or not, these types of mods are not allowed by the TOS.
Mostly just making fan updates to some zones.
I don’t think that’s possible. I know there are RP addons that let you display info about your character to other folks who have the same addon, but I don’t think there’s anything that makes it possible to actually change the geography of the world. It’s an MMO - everyone plays in the same world.
Its technically against the tos so you can get permabanned.
If you dig around the deep net or have the skills yourself youll be able to do it.
But if you find something keep it to yourself or the gms will eat you.
Generally speaking mods wich edit models are only visible to the user. And they can create more program crashes and models warping especislly well in combat.
Its a at your own risk thing. Also keep in mind every time a patch hits that can instantly stop said mods from working.
There are underground communities out there. They spend thousands of hrs working with code to make stuff work.
Its essentially hacking.
