I wanted to mobile app so I could do my mission table while I’m at lunch, but I can’t log in. I enter my log in info, then I’m asked to verify on my authenticator (also on my phone). So I push the verify button, go back to the mobile app, it thinks for a minute, then goes back to the log in screen. I’ve gone through this cycle 7 times before giving up. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled; I’ve restarted my phone; I’ve turned the phone off and back on; and nothing works. I’m still in cycle hell. What’s wrong with this thing?
I’m having the same issue. I get to character selection and the app gives me an “This account is already logged in.” error. Then it goes back to the account selection screen again.
I’m on Android. I checked the Google App Store and the app is updated. I tried deleting all the app data and logging in again but it’s still stuck.
