hello guys
I saw on resource monitor that my wow is using 4,9gb of ram, corret me if im wrong but thats like 1gb extra since the start of dragon flight. My big addons were disabled like elvui, altholic, etc.
Is that normal or just happening to me??

It’s normal. WoW is a forever-evolving game with its client constantly getting updated, so RAM usage fluctuates.
Even all the small mods you use count too. All the little ones may add up to that extra gig. Plus the mods themselves are always being developed, with the mod devs always tweaking them to make sure everything’s compatible. So their RAM usage may change as well.
It’s why I find it hilarious some players keep using the old “WoW can run on a potato” line when its PC reqs are close to that of some AAA PC games.

i feel like is way too much for the way the game looks, but still a minor problem compared to fps drops like raszageth fight
anyway already bought more ram because wow dualboxing, chrome, windows, razer synapse etc

The last patch broke a lot of addons. Sometimes an addon that is malfunctioning in the background can cause excess memory usage. Not saying that is your problem, but right before a new expansion is always a great time for an addon pruning.
