Does the final boss (Loken) in the Halls Of Lightning indeed drop the Colossal Skull-Clad Cleaver in normal mode? I’ve ran this 30 times in the past few hours and i’ve received his entire loot table mutliple times over, but his axe has YET to drop for me, at all…is blizzards loot table showing the wrong thing and it really only drops in heroic version of halls of lightning?

I have noticed this too, there are a few errors for sure. Some Cataclysm dungeons drop gear that “requires level 63” for some reason.
According to wowhead, it has a 1.4% drop rate. So it’s definitely rare, but impossible to tell exactly how rare a drop that would be in Legacy loot.
That has to do with Chromie time calculations. If you leave Chromie time they should display a proper level requirement.

Yeah that sounds about right.
I notice that it shows up as epic quality on Loken’s drop table on WoWhead (until you click it and it displays as blue). Is this maybe an item that would have been a very low drop chance epic back in the day, like Ironfoe and some other drops?
Or rather, still is, but the distinction is now irrelevant.

You were really lucky. With a 1.4% drop rate you could expect it to drop every 100 dungeons. Gratz.
