Once I select a character I can’t get past the loading screen. It loads up to around 90% then pushes me back to login. Has on screen error [A streaming error has occurred. (WOW51900322)]. This happens on every server I have a character on, and has been happening for the past two days. I had no problems logging in three to four days ago.

After the 8.3.7 patch, there was a few issues with the BB8 error and the scan and repair loops. In these situations, reinstalling does fix the issue.
The WOW51900322 error on the other hand, is usually related to connectivity issues to the game servers. Are you still experiencing the WOW51900322 error with the character in Suramar? Do you have any issues with zoning into Suramar?
Moving the character using the Un stuck tool https://us.battle.net/support/en/help/product/wow/197/834/solution?utm_source=internal-TechForum&utm_medium=posting&utm_campaign=BlizzardCS&utm_content=contact should work, but it’ll help to check out the connection to suramar. While you are having the issue, run the netstat and check for the IP address.
- Right click on the Start Menu
Not working? - In the window, type in: netstat -an | find “3724”
- Wait until the prompt appears again, around 2 minutes.
You should see an IP Addresses on the right. Find one of the IP Address with the port: 3724. It should look like xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx:3724. This is the connection to Blizzard and the WoW servers. Run a WinMTR test for 10-15 minutes to the IP address found. Copy and paste the text file created and paste it between two ~~~ like so:

Hi, I´m having this error too, I try everything and nothing works also I’m allowing all ips and ports from WoW. Need help because I can’t play

Just an update. I stopped having the issue a couple of weeks ago but it returned again. And I don’t know if its a coincidence, but it happened/triggered the same way as the first time. In the first instance my pandaren monk was transferring from their starting area to Orgrimmar where I disconnected somewhere between the cinematic and loading screen. And the second time, which happened last night, occurred when my pally was moving from the Maw to Oribos in same way. Now I am getting the same error and can’t log in to any character on any server.
