Wow Keeps crashing amidst numerous trouble-shoots, please help

Had World of Warcraft for about a week, no problems (with addons - DetailsDamageMeter + WowRareScanner + DBM + WeakAuras + Bartender) These crashes started happing after 2 updates - 1 update on the 22nd and another on the 23rd (I believe, idk)
Initially I attempted to troubleshoot by renaming all cache folders to “Old” and deleting all addons and addon software - Didn’t work.
Then I uninstalled the game and did a fresh reinstall.
After the game kept crashing, I reset my PC “remove everything” and attempted to play the game with absolutely no addons whatsoever, it still crashed.
The same error message kept popping up - “The memory could not be read”.
I am at a loss, please help. This PC is only 2 months old.

No issues with other games.
