Not only is the quest turn in super lag absolutely awful, but I have a Razer Naga, that half the time WoW doesn’t even want to recognize my M4 and M5 buttons…
And three times in a row now, during a session, if I tab out of Fullscreen mode it just breaks my mouse. I cannot left click literally ANYTHING, even after closing WoW completely. I just straight up cannot use my mouse, it moves around but it will not click on anything, so I have to reboot to get my mouse to work again.
What is going on with this game?

I’m fairly certain this is a you problem. I’ve used razer ever since I can remember and haven’t ever had these issues. I’ve never even heard of WoW not recognizing a mouse button.
I’d suggest seeing if there are driver or software updates for your mouse. Mine works perfectly fine.
As for the quest turn in lag… Blizz is working on that. Some weird bug.
Feed the poor thing more often .

This is a brand new issue. I took a long break, and before I was playing back in like April/May/June this had never happened.
I have been back playing since last night and that’s the first time I’ve ever noticed this in my entire life (and I’ve had a razer naga since WLK)
I’d try posting in tech support or even customer support, I’d surely try tech first though.
well at least it was not only mine. I updated and reinstalled drivers. It does same thing.

It doesn’t happen for any other application on my entire computer either. It even froze the light cycling on my mouse

I am on my second Naga since I thought the first was breaking due to the same issues. Turns out it is just a Naga thing, no other mouse I’ve bought/tried does it. I also get periods where it’ll ghost click off my target every 20 seconds or so.
Yeah…but it’s not really a Naga thing because this has not been an issue since 2010 and also never happens with any other games or applications. It’s just WoW…
When Razer updated to Synapse 3, I started having the same issue with my Razer Hex side buttons no longer responding after tabbing out and only a full reboot with resolve it. After contacting Razer CS they told me my mouse was just to old and I needed to upgrade to a new mouse. I took their advice and got a GPro 600 when it went on sale.
I just did the same thing! 
Yeah but I’m just using a Razer Naga Chroma…I don’t think that’s a particularly old model since it’s currently sold out on their website which means it must still be a very popular model.
My Hex wasn’t old either that was just their excuse.
i’m also on a two year old naga chroma, but only my #3 button doesn’t work. there is no warranty replacement with the store i bought it from (i am in Philippines) so i got stuck with it. it’s my fourth naga mouse since 2010, but i only had issues when i switched to windows10, where i get random pointer freezing (but my laptop touchpad will move it). windows 10 just did a major update and now the pointer freeze has come back in full force
The problem is that all of my side buttons work, it’s just the two behind the mouse scroll wheel that are finnicky, and that’s because by default they’re mapped to increase or decrease mouse movement speed. So I remapped them to be able to be buttons and now they only sometimes work, and the whole if I tab out it breaks my ability to click on anything on my computer with the left mouse button.
ONLY WoW is doing this. Every other programs (discord, twitch, google chrome, monster hunter: world, steam, Total War: Warhammer 2, Guild Wars 2, FFXIV, etc…) this does not happen. It’s literally just WoW, AND it breaks my color shifting on my mouse.
I always seem to have problems with Razer mice when using the Razer Synapse, when I stopped using it years ago haven’t had any problems with it since. There was the double click problem, but I figured out I just needed to clean under the button and pulled out a lot of gunk and dust
