Why do you make it so hard to create a ticket? Crap in this game always screws up, and you make error reporting a marathon effort.

Error reporting is nothing more than posting an error report in this forum. If you had addressed your actual issue here, you would have done it.
Error reporting is not done through tickets, though. That’s possibly why you had difficulty finding a way to submit a ticket: it’s the system’s way of letting you know you’re not supposed to.
