It’s not about the game-play, it’s not about the content, it’s never about the cinematic and graphics, blizzard dev’s aren’t even playing this game anymore to realize that there are tons of issue’s that annoy players everyday, so much frustration on daily basis that made wow no longer a fun game to play.
No wonder why the game can’t even players even if it attracted newcomers.
The only reason I would ever quit this game is because I’ve lost interest in it. I’m not gonna quit over silly and innocuous items. I’m also not going to threaten to quit because I’m dramatic and I need the attention. If I ever walk away, it will be an absolute silence, and when blizzard asks me the question at the end of the survey why I am leaving I will give them the honest truth And then ask them to delete the account. Mature adults, know how to simply walk away.

“losing interest” ha? that depend on multi factors but mainly it’s about if you can no longer do what you want.
millions did quit wow over the past 15years just because the game had bugs / glitchs / abuses / bots / gold selling-buying. was never about an item! it was about “screw the company who can’t even fix the simple issue’s”
and that’s a reason to make anyone quit for “kids excluded cus they live in the world without understanding anything”
