Wow has Giants furniture. Why?

I noticed that most of the furniture in World of Warcraft is huge! Even the bigger races such as the Taurens and Kul tirans are dwarfed by the furniture. Was there a reason the furniture was made so big?

I don’t mind the size of the furniture, that I mind is that we can’t use most of it! Why are chairs and stuff non-interactive?? Let me sit in all the seats!!

It is for visual effect, not practicality. Same for spaulder and weapon size.

All games present objects and interiors as bigger than they canonically are for gameplay reasons, especially games with a third-person camera perspective. If interiors were properly sized than the camera would always be getting stuck on the walls, and if they made furniture the proper size it would make the oversized interiors even more obvious.

Many NPCs are also oversized, but that’s so that they can be found easily when surrounded by players.

i just wish the folks stop trying to sleep in the same bed as me…

everything needs to be bulky apparently.

idk if its an engine limitation or if they just wanna keep with the style they went for early on at this point.

If the answer was New York then I’d ask for clarification- are they referring to the New York Giants baseball team (before they moved to San Francisco in 1958) or the football team?
