Will players be able to use the steel series gaming mouse and other added technology in classic wow? I personally use the cataclysm mouse in retail.
Why would you not be able to? This is just hardware.

The WoW branded mouse actually had better integration with the game. You can bind beyond mouse button 5, unlike any other mouse when used on Windows (macs don’t have this limitation)
I think there was even a corresponding UI to map the buttons/abilities in game.

I’m a lefty so I prefer to use more keybinds on the keyboard than the mouse itself. I never bothered to explore it.
You couldn’t bind past mouse button 5 on the naga? Or am I losing my mind.
I am not sure about a naga, never had one. My Logitech mice never could show up as mouse button 6-9 on windows like it does on my Mac. So I have had to bind mouse buttons to press the numbers instead.

The WoW steelseries mouse(mice?) had built in interface support.

Naga could be fully bound as well as his mouse. He was probably just computer illiterate back then.

With the way these classic folks have been crying about addons. I wouldn’t put it past them to demand that everyone keyboard turn and click your abilities with a two button mouse.
