WOW Error 519000319 - Disconnected from Server

Hi, I been getting this error every day for the past week. It occurs 2-3 times a day and it seems the only way to fix it is for me to unplug my modem and reboot it. I’m not sure why this keeps happening. I’ve tried disabling addons, removing WTF, Cache and Interface Folders, nothing works. I’m looking to get this resolved as it’s starting to aggreavte me and I’'m not enjoying the game.

Thanks,

Hey there Liljay,

Lets go ahead and grab a winMTR so we can further investigate the problem. Here are the instructions:

  1. Download the tool from this page
  2. Enter the game IP into the “host” field. The IP address for our games are listed on the winMTR instructions page
  3. Start the test and play the affected game for at least 15 minutes. Ensure the problem happens while the winMTR tool is running.
  4. After recording the problem data, click “export text” and save the winMTR file in an easy to find location.
  5. Once you have that made, open the file. You’ll need to copy and paste the contents of the Text document into the post, and put four Tilde (~) marks above the winMTR. It’ll look like this:

WinMTR v0.92 GPL V2 by Appnor MSP - Fully Managed Hosting & Cloud Provider

Hey there,

Looks like the WinMTR was run for about 4 hours, which was a little more than we were wanting. Usually we recommend running the test for 15-20 minutes or so, just so we get a decent sized sample but not too much data.

The good news is the connection between your PC and router looks fine.

However, on the 3rd hop here 96-34-83-33.static.unas.ma.charter.com we see a bit of packet loss and a latency spike to 4786ms. So it’s possible the disconnections are happening here due to some issue within the Spectrum (Charter) network.

Are you able to try connecting through a mobile data connection (hotspot or tether) or try connecting through a VPN? If you can try one of those and don’t disconnect that would be a good way to verify if it was an issue between the ISP and the WoW servers.
