Wow dungeon team - serious question

I am struggling to understand the dungeon adjustment logic, when you remove the immediate unavoidable damage from dropping the snow puddle on the 3rd boss in Azure Vault, but then the leave the exact same mechanic in all the other dungeons, 1st boss in Jade, last boss in Nok, 1st boss in Academy, last boss in Ruby. I’d just like to see consistency with the tuning of the dungeons. I play a class that has no meaningful self healing, these instant unavoidable damage mechanics are really lame. Can they all behave similarly?
