Nah man… female POC in all leadership position is the only way.
Nahh, you’re stuck in the past man.
I’m pretty sure you guys are being sarcastic… I hope you are at least.
Something has to be done…this kind of crap has been going on way too long in the working world now …I myself had to put up this crap in the US Navy as a Navy Wave Sailor…I never really got over it either but I moved on and keep to myself now cause of it…you would think in this bloody day and age women wouldn’t have to face this crap but they do …day in day out.
I actually sort of agree with you, I love WoW, I’ve played it since the beginning. It just kills me to see how bad the game I love is.
I use to be the “it’ll get better” type person, blindly in denial, but it never does, I think it’s been progressively getting worse, they continue to turn all my good and fond memories of this game into sour ones.
I’ll be honest if they expect me to hang around another content drought to 9.2, it’s not happening.
I like how he mentions shareholders.
Huge indication, that this is not a company, one should support.
Money comes first in all societies. Capitalists are just upfront about it.
So you don’t want sexual abuse at work to be canceled? WoW. If those accused can prove their innocence, they will be fine, but much needs to be changed at blizzard regardless of the outcome of the lawsuit. The term ‘cancel culture’ is used by ignoramus’s.
People lie, even women.
Once you acknowledge that, we can have a reasonable conversation. Until then, you are just a horrible person with horrible ideas.
BTW this right here makes you worse than a person who would do the things that are causing this scandal.
While this all sounds like a systemic problem with the company, I cant believe a majority would be involved, and certainly not every single male employee…at least I hope not. If it were actually that widespread then maybe the company does need to cease to exist.
Let the controversy grow so that everything will eventually die anyway?
I’m just being funny. Ya know for someone who hates the game you really like faffing about the forums. What’s the new MMO you moving on to?
I have been playing FFXIV for a year.
Yes, I do like faffing about on the forums.
It is like wanting to sit on the titanic as it hits the iceberg, titanic being World of Warcraft, and then sit in my Lifeboard and with a vest (FFXIV) and laugh at the panicky passengers (The WoW players) as they run around, screaming and crying as the ship slowly sinks into the ice cold water. All knowing that I will be perfectly safe.
I am a little sadistic, and not at all a representative of the FFXIV community.
Also, I have a second screen, so I can browse the forums while playing FFXIV, easy.
Challenge Accepted…
Fire up “Deviant Dungeon”
I dare you…
I do the same thing… fortunately people on the titanic knew it was going down…
People should just do their jobs. I’m not sure how they are better off if they kill their game by signaling they are not developing it (aka…reason for employment).
If your job is to develop wow, then develop wow. If at some point you hate your company, then leave your company.
I’m not sure boycotting work is how to change a workplace culture. Just sounds like a reason to be fired.
I’m really confused by the fact this all seems new to the employees but the investigation was ongoing for two full years and it has been alleged to be incredibly pervasive at the company. Did everyone just ignore it? Were they just ok with it before and now that it’s public they are against it and outraged? Or was it far more isolated then it has been made to sound and the vast majority of the employees did not know what was going on? This is why these things need to play out in court.
You are very silly
Oh ya 100%
Pretty sure his mask does nothing either… no one within 30 yards wearing a mask lol
