I honestly don’t understand what the hell you are arguing.
The has to be one of the most ignorant and bigoted comments I’ve read in a while.
Please go outside.
Doubt it. Maybe stalled in his department but not everywhere.
Sounds like Hamilton should be one of the senior guys instead of a few others. He seems from his words to have a better work ethic than many, and that’s really the ultimate problem in Blizzard these days. Their work ethics suck.
One side are alleged to have been groping women and getting drunk, whilst the other side seems to be comprised of mentally ill train wrecks who need a safe-space and a pacifier and can’t bring themselves to work. …But will demand to be paid regardless.
Damn. You know that’s a really good gig when it comes down to it. I sure wish I could of told my boss I was too shattered by what I saw on T.V. to work on the projects I have, but that I still expected full pay for doing nothing.
My boss would of laughed and then said “Your done.” Working at Blizzard. Mm. Clearly that is the good life. A magical paradise where you get money for nothing, and checks for free. Sadly neither of those camps will lead Blizzard to a better future. A real solution is needed.
Activision better make that call if Blizzard lacks the ability to.
Where’s the billion dollar baby when you need it? lol
Kind of ironic that only Diablo Immortal has the potential to save the folks at Blizzard this year.
D2 remaster is going to be huge as well.
If D2 Ress’ed turns out to be a billion dollar baby, you know who the next president will/won’t be.
I mean, it doesn’t need to be a “billion dollar baby”.
Immortal even won’t be that popular that quick in countries that like that sort of thing.
Better tell that to the analysts still pumping ATVI.
subjective opinion. it feels better imo, the systems governing it any how are better. pvp vendors so you can target the items you want. no hidden scaling. upgrades based on rating so you have a sense of progression.
granted, players feel like they have too little hp for the amount of damage and raw level gained when looking at the level squish. basically 20 unsquished levels worth and players gained 0 stamina higher geared players at the end of bfa even LOST stamina raising their ilvl before it started to go up slightly with end game gear.
random unrated pvp feels a bit bad though because the “skill gap” that is ilvl combined with no stamina means certain abilities hit players for their entire health pool on a regular non burst basis. and that seems to be where the complaints come from.
it happens less in rated pvp because each bracket has an expected ilvl so the matches tend to be more balanced
the complaint from bfa was matches took too long. and now its been over corrected in shadowlands. a plausible solution would be to give players in general more base stamina. ~25% more minimum.
It would be funny if this is what finally caused WoW to end.
Though the years when a new game other then WoW comes up there was always posts that it was the next WoW killer…well guess what Blizzard killed WoW not a new game out there.
Right? That’s what I’m saying.
I want WoW to die not because I think it’s a bad game, even though it has been declining, but because then other games will have a chance to be successful. The big company going out of business means the small shops have a chance.
Well I don’t want WoW to die…I have 13 yrs invested in this Character and many other characters now…this is my only main form of entertainment…but the top staff that allowed this too happen need to be purged out of the company…it would be most rightful to put a Women in Charge of WoW instead of sloppy men that can’t keep their hands to themselves…
I’m not against that in any way–I don’t care who is in charge in terms of who they are literally–but I definitely don’t want some kind of SJW to be in charge and using the game as a platform to make statements that they shove down the players’ throats. That definitely is not what the game needs.
Put woman POC in all of the leadership position, that will fix it.
I agree completely that is not what we need but there needs to be women in top of platform of this management I feel.
Only if they’re qualified for the position; not simply by virtue of them being a woman.
How about we put people that are the best candidate in leadership positions, regardless of gender or ethnicity?
Putting all POC women in charge is purposely discriminating against everyone that is NOT a POC woman.
That would be equally as wrong (and ILLEGAL) as hiring all men.
Not surprising honestly. It definitely does suck when a lot of us were expecting 9.2 to already be at LEAST 5-6 months away anyway… this isn’t the best news.
On the flip side though I would much rather see those involved in this face justice and Blizzard actually restaff their company to have decent human beings and developers who listen to the people under them. Some social justice and better game designers in one fell swoop would be great, and hopefully that’s what’s happening. End the era of systemlands!
