Grease right peoples hand with money and boom…everything is clean

Na it’s simpler to settle out of court in civil suits like these.

How do you make something better if no one will work on it?

Yep…blizzard knows people will move on after some time. This issue will be forgotten soon

Gonna need a link to your source that shows that the only two options are a diverse workforce where no one is mentally healthy, or one with no diversity and workers are worked to death.

Of course they are horrifying because in your imagination your picturing the worst possible case being true.

source: dude trust me

See how they all dodge around my post? They love to eat people alive there is a group of them, what could possibly hold them back - a large group but they are afraid… they are scared of 1 poster, sitting 1 mile away from me whispering words of encouragement to each other lol… either that or they just write me off as the crazy guy… he’s just so crazy! the end!

They see the cracks in their armor. How one should hire for diversity is copying the gold standard the most incredible feat in all human civilization, old America, NASA with the original Apollo Program. A program full of bureaucracy and they still landed on the moon in 4 years! How Activision Blizzard do it with: diversity wins, no matter what, don’t question us. Stop kidding ourselves, this is all one big joke. The results say everything…

Sadly I cannot share this source, I use it to gather insider information.

lmao didn’t think you were literally gonna pull a

that’s hilarious

You have no source. There is no reason why the gaming industry cannot employ workers and treat them humanely using the same standards used in every other industry.

This is a good time for the President of Blizzard to meet with Activision to demand answers and get this mess sorted out. All of this is unacceptable and I completely understand why Blizzard employees are frustrated and angry.

The president of blizzard want to meet with activision to demand answers? I think it might be the other way around. But it’s not like there isn’t mention of Activision as being part of the problem.

People have been talking for over a year about Activision wanting more control over Blizzard. Perhaps this was why, because everybody in the know apparently knew it was coming.

The sick part was he knew about it, or we are assuming he knew based on the letter he put out. He knew about it and didn’t do much. Granted Ill admit maybe there wasn’t much he could do outside firing the guy.

Blizzard will give a statement that this is inacceptable. They will pay certain organizations as charity for woman’s rights

The company will say they will implement steps for inclusive future but it will remain only on paper

People moved, culture remained as toxic as it was before

End of story

Either too busy trying to do damage control, or some people are salty. To be fair, it could be both.

Lmao wtf is that post.

Do you really think people who really likes the game, for example you, can make this game better? If so, why does it keep getting worse from a long time ago? It’s either you guys failed, or you guys never had and never will have the chance to make the game better.

That said.

Who the duck cares about the shareholders.

They are the primary reason everything goes to crap.

I know people love blaming Ion for everything (and he may well be part of the problem at Blizz) but he did not become director until Legion. AND this stuff has been going on at Blizzard for far longer than Legion or WoD.

Sexism and racism have existed in companies forever and used to be even more blatant. The differences between then and now are more people are coming forward, society is more supportive of women than it used to be (but still has a ways to go), laws are stronger, and we have more forms of communication that reach much larger audiences.

As for OP, the team is focused on giving support to their coworkers - as they should be. We just got a content patch so this won’t affect much right now.
