I revised my post above with some info.
You might try the dx11 option… In the menu of Battle.net or the menu on toon select screen… If you can get there.
If you had it there… They might have removed it with the last update.
Okay. I did switch it to the 11 Option in graphics as well as unchecking the other optimization settings at the bottom because I forgot when I redownload the game. I also cleared up some more space on my hard drive so it’s above the required disk space. There were no crashes so far when I played for about an hour and a half continuously. I’ll still keep an eye on this just in case.
