WoW crashes my computer

Greetings,

World of Warcraft keeps crashing my computer. This started about some months ago and seems to be increasing in frequency. It’s usually during group content and it starts with the music repeating followed by commands being unresponsive. Then, the game freezes, mainly with a blue screen at times, and then my system restarts.

The freezes have also occurred when starting my computer, but it seems more prevalent when playing World of Warcraft and no other program I use. I have tried the methods in your support page as well as some others. Here are my system information.

If you are crashing before you even use Bnet, then the problem isn’t Bnet, it’s probably hardware or something else on the computer that you’d want a PC tech to look at.
