WOW crash after entering room after area and character selection

Will ask from main support as noted:

Already did a full uninstall and reinstall
no effect
updated drivers no effect
disabled startup items no effect
lower graphics settings no effect
reset cache folders no effect
verified game files no effect

The crash can change the screen to black with audio playing or just lock on the video or even reboot.
Nothing else crashed the PC

Other games work ok
Just WOW fails

This is your Desktop Windows Manager. Generally, if this is crashing, there is a problem with a driver for your hardware, the integrity of Windows files, or some other incompatibility.

Updating and clean installing are separate things. Try using DDU for a clean slate.

thank you ran that but still didn’t fix issue. Also ran check disk sfc sand dism no issues
