I getting intermittent connection issues with wow. Usually, the world freezes up and I can move around. I’ve tried restarting modem and router, flush dns/release ip, disabling addons etc.
It seems I can’t attach any ping plotter data; I keep getting 422 error.
Paste the link to the PingPlotter, highlight it, click </> on the post editor toolbar.

The connection between your modem and the neighborhood or city-level hub looks quite unstable. In two of those tests you can see consistent packet loss early in the test. They may need to replace the line or service the node. Time to call Charter. As a fellow customer of theirs, I wish you luck.
