Are there any plans to improve this app?

Currently can’t connect even though other apps work and browsers.

You need to be a lot more specific and provide a lot more information.

What device?
Cellular data or wifi?
What service provider?

It works fine for me, s10+ on Verizon.

Works fine at home using verizon wifi but anywhere outside of my house it doesn’t work meanwhile every other app I use works fine.

Is your cellular provider tmobile?

It’s Sprint.

But it’s bug reports, so don’t expect a response. Just see if there are others with the same issue.

I first looked at the app review on google play and most are giving the app 1 star ratings and not a single response from the devs or app creators. Kind of disappointing for a company of this caliber.
