This started four days ago. Initially when I opened the app I received a fatal error message while attempting to login. So I cleared the cache and uninstalled them reinstalled the app. Now all I receive is that it will time out while attempting to connect to the server.
Are their anymore steps besides what is listed in the support article to resolve this?
