My character died in the game and the game kicked me out. I can’t go to the body because the game resets. I removed the addons and repaired the game, but the problem persists. He’s in Zulaman on the Zul’jin server. My character is Amstera is druid. Bank for all perso not available in my account

Tech support can help you with this. Bug report forums are never read, bug reports are not acted upon by Blizzard. Some of us here have been posting the exact same bug for over 7 years now. Your issue is preventing gameplay, so TS can help, over here no one from Blizzard will ever view it, ever. I tried for over 4 years to get one of my bugs resolved and it never was and now TB BG bug has been on for over 7 years. You must move this elsewhere if you wish to get any help in less than a decade’s time. Or wait until year 2035ish and your issue may be resolved by then.

Go there and follow the steps for the Stuck Character tool. It is automated and moves you to a safe graveyard.
Occasionally it fails, and if it does you will need to put in a ticket to have a GM move the character. To put in a ticket, go through the above steps again and when you click on the character (while it is on cool down) there will be a ticket path you can use.
Character stuck tickets tend to get resolved quickly (if the automatic tool fails) as it is preventing gameplay.
