Nope, its always been 2pm. The [date] field they use adapts to whatever timezone you’re in.
It’s allowing you to create your char but not log in.
I’m in CA. I misread.
I see the benefits for players if they did that, but we also have to remember that its a stress test. Its not technically meant for people to just be able to play it for an extended amount of time. Its meant for them to gather numbers and see what they need to change/improve for launch day
