That’s pretty much easily assumed. I don’t think it needs clarification. They wouldn’t make an PST server in a different area, and there were different server locations/time zones during the stress test and such, at least during the one before this final one.
Choose PST for Los Angeles datacenter, EST for Chicago datacenter.
Fact of the matter is, Blizzard will not publicly release datacenter locations, but the moment the servers go live, we’ll be able to ping them and update WoWWiki.
Actually an hour makes a huge difference. Most raids are in realm time…if everyone in est gets out an hour before me makes it hard to group up. I guess guilds in CST could form but that would be interesting to organize.
I guess you two are right, but it wasn’t done like that on purpose(as Eloraell mentions).
I think it’s safe to assume that EST will be Chicago and PST will be Los Angeles. I’m pretty sure I remember the more servers last test being EST/Chicago and PST/Los Angeles.
I wouldn’t worry about the 1 hour. You’re forgetting that others in CST will be in the same situation, and there will probably be guilds and such that do things an hour later as a result.
no wonder WoW is in the state it’s in because no one can appreciate anything and all anyone has done for 15 years is complain and cry about everything and anything.
