I’m not sure if someone has already complained about this.
After the release of pvp honor system, ppl are going crazy about outdoor pvp, they kill everyone in their sights. i found it impossible to lvl and quest as i got killed the second i stepped out the safe zone. it is becoming a pain and making me want to quit this game. as a lowbie, the game is no longer enjoyable to me.
I want to hear that you are doing something to prevent this.

What exactly do you want Blizzard to do? The same thing happened way back from 2004 and onward, you either team up with other players, or go level on a normal server.

Sounds like you are better suited for a Normal realm, where you can choose to participate in world PvP. This is exactly the reason why there are different realm styles for you to choose from.

Prevent what? PvP happened, no where in the rules says it’s supposed to be fair. I saw this coming a mile away, hence why I rolled on a PvE server.

lvl 40 got 1 shotted right after he enters pvp zone by grp of lvl 60s? its not like i dont like pvp, in fact i like pvp a lot. but first, i need to be able to lvl up to 60.
and i dont mind pvp with someone around my lvls.

Funny how ignorant you can be with such a stupid post. If you weren’t half brain dead and a Horde player you’d realize Horde dominate the majority of PvP servers. This is a “duh” moment, but you’re bandwagon Horde simpleton.

Dungeon leveling is always an option, as a Druid you can join any group quickly, heals or tanking.

No it didnt…back then the populations were smaller…you had longer to level before p2 and no one had MC on farm for months to get gear… when PvP did happen it was mostly in STV and SS you could advoid those areas…no one camped instance portals rarely FP’s. at least that was my experince from 12/04 on Elune/Sargeras/twisting Nether playing horde/allince factions both

Not sure why u roll on a pvp server if u don’t enjoy world pvp… that’s the whole point of pvp servers is the threat of danger at every turn throughout all levels

They should allow one time transfers from PVP to PVE servers. Some of us are brand new WoW players and had no idea it would be as bad as it is. The game is no fun this way. A lot of us will quit otherwise and Blizzard will lose our sub dollars.
There are lots of other games to play which are actually fun.

So wait, you’re defending this person that plays on a PvP server that complains about PvP happening on a PvP server… Whether it’s flightpath camping, corpse camping, 1v10, 40v1, 1v1, IT’S STILL A PvP SERVER. People need to stop complaining about it. Do Horde get camped? Yeah, rofl. What do I do? I grab my main to camp them back. Fixed.

The “world pvp” that is happening is a result of blizzard’s incompetence, and their catering to the low IQ “no changes” crowd. The honor system was released with no BG’s to alieviate the pressure on the world, and the realms are overpopulated and overgeared compared to the honor system release in vanilla. The current toxic state of the game was an easily foreseeable outcome.
Yet the only response you are going to get on the forums is “Get gud n00b,” “LOLZ pvp happened on a pvp server,” “shoulda rolled pve, carebear!”

Completely neutral observer here (as I’m a PVE carebear, the cariest of the caring), but that threat of losing money hasn’t worked one time since 2004 and never will. They actually have stats on that that got posted all the way back during Wrath, but I’ll spare you the details.
At any rate, your best option is to reroll on a normal server not filled with miniature Garrosh Hellscreams, and by that I mean ‘genocidal maniacs’ (much love to my pvp brothers and sisters <3 ). Come hang out in Darkshore, it’s beautiful and the Strider soup is tasty.
You realize that you just contradicted yourself. “Overpopulated and overgeared”… That means the players have nothing else to do with boring MC and Ony. So, to alleviate the pressure of people leaving they released phase 2 that actually put meaning into a PvP server, which the majority of players want. To those who complain about, “I’m a new player and I didn’t know what I was getting myself into.”… Well, shame on you for not doing research?

The loss of revenue is directly related to the release of classic wow, and Blizzard is losing subscription fees directly related to the mess they have made.

However, at this point you really have four options:
- Wait it out
- Dungeon Spam
- Reroll
- Quit
Your call which you wanna do. Blizzard isn’t going to do anything about this because they knew it was going to be like this before release. They are the ones who implemented free xfers and made faction balances worse and then decided they were going to implement the honor system before any of the bgs. Although, it was like this for 2 months in vanilla too (April 2005 - June 2005), so really there’s no room to be complaining as much as people are.
In anticipation of this, since I used to main alliance on a PvP server that’s horde dominated, I created a toon on a PvE realm and can quest no problem. Don’t have to corpse run 5000000 times to get to a dungeon. Even though my main and alt over there have around 10 /played days., which I know is hard for people to kinda just throw away. But, you can always wait it out, in a couple months ish it should even out.
Ya either wanna play classic or ya don’t.
Ok srsly, who are you people and why are you telling the complainers to go reroll on pve server or saying it’s their fault blah blah. Like cmon, nobody knew on day 1 of classic that pvp imbalance was going to be this ridiculous. I can guarantee you that if we had a better idea at first that majority of realms are going to be 70-80% horde then more people would roll ally to balance it out.
I for one am not enjoying running around searching for alliance to kill and seeing horde zergs swoop in everytime i manage to find someone to fight. This is not enjoyable to either faction. Yes, let’s just blame the cry babies for not being able to 1v10 especially while leveling. I am rank4 and have 70k honor last week and 1350hks, majority was down solo or in small groups. I would gladly support blizzard putting in factionc specific Q times and allowing the overpopulation faction to faction change for free until the servers are at most 60/40 if not 50/50. I am getting really bored already and I can’t imagine how much worse it is as alliance being camped all day. Screw the nochanges. Do something before all the alliance quits and there is nobody left to kill. Classic going to be dead in matter of weeks if this is ignored
