Are we going to see improvements to the race abilities? For example shadowmeld to be used in combat to avoid spells?

Can Troll Regen racial be doubled to 200% bonus to regen and 100% regen allowed in combat?
I feel the horde have the best race bonuses in the classic era. It would be nice to boost up the alliance and also add some to horde. such as the orc ability giving you attack power and spell power.
It seems to me that the racial bonuses will surely be adjusted to be a little fairer. Faction balance appears to be one of the things driving the development of SoD.
