I’m not even tempted to watch the cinematic. I won’t be playing Cataclysm either. It left a bad taste the first time around, I’m not up for another helping.

I’m sure there are people who will play this… I don’t know any of them, but, I’m sure they exist.
People would have been happy with Blizzard building off of Vanilla, TBC and or Wrath, instead Blizzard took the absolute easiest route they could, and reintroduced content that we’ve already done and already paid for (well, many of us anyways).
The ideal thing for Blizzard to do, was to add to the game in a meaningful way, instead of Cata, which as I’ve said many times, is the break point. I don’t think it will be successful, but, it costs them just about nothing to rehash an old expansion.

Cata was really bad for healing and tanking in the start. It was such a nightmare. Dungeons was super hard with most boss that have a one shot mechancis.
Doesn’t help the fact end of WoLK the best stat for tank is stamina due the constant DoT, So no tank ever gem to get dodge, parry, armor at all. So come cata all tanks are basically mana sponges.

Not doing Cata again, sorry. Terrible changes to the levelling experience, ruined some of my fav instances. Only came back to enjoy some Wrath while I had the chance

I’m confused, the trailer shows all the updated models, so is cata Classic going to be using retail graphics

Kind of makes me wonder if they realize why people wanted Vanilla, BC and Wrath classic? Cata is where WoW 2.0 happened and it was when most of my guild quit. Sure they would come back for the first few months of MoP and for the first few days of WoD, but Cata is not classic.

This is sad why would you not make another fork for Cataclysm since it changed so much of the game. This is not classic any more its a progression servers Plz make a fork like you did for wow classic and BC. I under stand why BC and WOTLK did not have one since it did not change much. PLZ PLZ PLZ make a new fork for Cataclysm.
