Canceling my subscription for this exact reason and quitting WoW. This was not the classic WoW experience I played years ago. Game is recycled trash.

Remember the Qiraji crystals that would pop up throughout Kalimdor and spawn silithid mobs? I thought those lasted for days, rather than 10hrs as the post suggests?

I am so disappointed in this so far. Insane amount of shady against ToS things happening on PVP servers. Even the PvE servers are doing cross communication.
Honestly, no one cares about the rest of the chain, it’s the rep grind and being able to enjoy turning a few things in for the war effort.
This event was designed to run for a couple of months.
You had the chance to do it right, you had the chance to make it fun, you had the chance to prevent the sweatlords from ruining it.
You failed.

Not even remotely the same. 1 day turn ins. Major guilds holding everything. No layers.

Make this a guild wide attunement with the mount being the key to enter the raid instance. Once the gong is rang by a guild everyone in the guild gets the mount in the mail.
That will solve it, that will make this even more legendary. And auto unlock at Naxx, remove the mount.
Identical to the rewards from BC. Those were fun and fair, rewarded hard work and skill, and couldn’t be manipulated the way we’re seeing.

I went on a run Saturday and we had 3 Pally librams drop, no other blues from the side bosses.
One uber-guild-leader wins, and everone else loses. No thank you.
Can you pleas open the gates on all servers at this point. It sucks to be on a lazy server with the gates closed for people to get a dumb bug mount. #letusraid15yearoldcontent

This right here is the attitude Blizzard has placated that is destroying this event.
You are selfish, greedy, with zero disregard of other players on your server or those working hard and having fun with the event.
Knock it off and be part of the community, AQ sucks as a raid anyway, you’ll be disappointed.

Raided it 15 years ago. The event is the trash part. It should have been a wow wide event and not server related so content is even for everyone. The only people enjoying a “Farming” event are the people who played private servers for 15 years… Which is a very small player size.

How will we know when the 10 hours start to do the quest for the mount? I don’t want to miss that and I could not find a date or a time anywhere.

I want to know this as well ; how will we know if our realm is rung and the 10 hour count down began, are we going to get an alert in game or something useful?
Why have you made it so that during the event today, anyone below level 60 gets instantly ported out of Silithus to WESTFALL of all places?
