WoW Class Subscription refunds

Just play on less populated servers. Problem solved

Who told you to make a post here? Makes no sense lol…

I submitted a ticket to customer support and received this: Customer Support is unable to compensate for something that is affecting the entire player base, and would be up to the Developers to do. If this is something you’d like to see, I’d recommend posting constructively on the forums.https://us.forums.blizzard.com/en/wow/c/wow-classic/classic-discussion

If you have friends that play there then talk to them about transferring realms with you when its available. If they don’t want to move then you’re choosing to play on a full realm

Have had zero issues with queues since launch day. Why did you stay on the insanely populated servers when there were tons of options? And now you want a refund for making bad choices? Blizzard owes you nothing. Their game has worked just fine for those smart enough to join servers that aren’t way overfilled

I would try to resubmit. That is a straight up cop out by that GM. I got a refund and I will post a snap of the notification to prove it.

If they ignore you, unsub. I’m on your side on this but there is literally no point in posting on these forums. Very little sympathy here in this cesspool.

So funny reading children commenting on simple concepts that are way beyond them. “you so dumb for not rolling on a low pop server”.

Why, Blizzard, did you allow massive over-subscription? If a server has a capacity of 10k ppl (it doesn’t matter what the number actually is), why did you allow 50k ppl to sign-up to that server?

If I pay you for a service, then you are obligated to provide it.
Now we have free server migrations, which is clearly a solution, but why allow it to happen in the first place, like the OP stats? That is the point.

Who is more childish: the person asking “Why didn’t you reroll on a lower populated server” or the person saying “I shouldn’t have to, I’m just going to unsub if I don’t get a refund”?

Seems to me OP could have rerolled on day 3 and been level 20+ by now, instead of forcing himself to sit in queues to prove a point and be stuck at level 15.

Yes, Blizzard should have done more before now, but it’s the OP’s stubbornness and unwillingness to try a 3rd server that has left him in this boat. And if you think that’s BS, just look at all of the responses of people who did it and are having fun, instead of whining on the forums.
