im sick of this
every time im disoriented/stunned my camera never goes back to where it was, i want it to folllow me behind even when i turn a bit the camera is slightly off

You could try the following chat commands to ensure the camera positioning is reset to default:
/run ResetView(2)
/run ResetView(3)
/run ResetView(4)
/run ResetView(5)
/console cvar_default
Then restart the client and retest.
