i think something with with my camera,
i want it to follow me straight where im going automatically

every time in stunned,disoreanted etc then camera move in front of me
and everytime i turn its not exactly straight , its off to the left/right

i have always adjust on but seem a bit off

Ehh, just to be safe, log in and type:
/console actioncam off

And see if that fixes your issue.
The camera being off-center makes me think actioncam might have been turned on.

If you have the addon ‘DynamicCam’, turn it off and then type the /console command.

What are your Gameplay / Controls / Camera settings?

I use these settings:

  • Water Collision: un-checked
  • Auto Follow Speed: 5.5
  • Camera Following Style: Never adjust camera

If yours are different (especially the follow style), try changing them to see if that improves anything.

i have allway adjust i want to auto follow but when i turn/get stuned nnevers geos back to in back of me

What drives me crazy is the constant and sudden zoom in to first person view then back out when you get near something. WHY do they do that??

i think it’s the camera attempting to stay in the bounds of the area, so getting “pushed” into you that makes it look more first-person

every time i click a setting,then the next day it goes back to unchecked

theres no save on the window just say close,does it save and close or what

  1. Exit game, delete cache folder
  2. Do a full UI reset

When you close the game after changing settings, make sure you are using the “Log Out” or “Exit Game” buttons. If you close the game via Task Manager, Alt+F4, or if you Crash or DC, any changed settings and macros and such will not be saved.

I only bring this up because I have a friend who defaults to Alt+F4ing out of things because its faster. Don’t do that.
