Hi!
Does anyone know how the animated series (Warbringer, afterlives, harbingers) are made? What programs, art style, or maybe a youtube video, blog article talking about it. Searched around the web and only find marketing articles for the afterlives series.
The frames are painted in Photoshop. For the animation, digital compositing and visual effects they use Nuke but also a 3D software (like Maya). Idk if they use something else or even still use those.
If you watch Lords of War Behind the Scenes - Art on YouTube you can see a little bit of what they are using.
Thank you so much, good Sir.
You want to draw some cool stuff on a computer, use Clip studio for anything. I absolutely love this program and you can do anything with it, from comic book stuff to cartooning.
If I’m not playing WOW I’m drawing on my down time.
I did this a while back with the program

I really liked the John Stuart black/white one;
I wanted to know because I liked the art style and the way it tells an animated story without a ton of animated stuff on the screen. It’s simple, clean, efficient.
I am a fan of animation and I think there should a short based on that type of animation in theaters. I think it could win an oscar for best animated short.
100%
The Ardenweald one it’s so well written and emotional. Even people who don’t know a thing about the warcraft universe can relate to what is happening.
