No, they can censor your speech on their platform and on their property. That is a very big distinction.

- To negate the constitution you would have to undermine it’s purpose. You are suggesting that the purpose of the first amendment is to make a society where anyone can say anything to anyone at anytime and that nobody can react in a way that would censor them. I don’t think that is what the founding fathers had in mind.

No, it would mean I could walk into a church or a store, or my job and I could say the most heinous thing I could think of to anyone and nobody could do anything because they would be silencing my “free speech”. I could harass without consequence.
I think it’s debatable if this is actually even a conundrum at all.
I think that free speech absolutism is about as intellectually honest and realistic as absolute anarchy as a framework for a society.

On the plus side, Blizzard cannot force the government to take action unless certain laws were broken in the nature of 1A. You can only get jailed online as opposed to OFFLINE for a bad posting reputation.

I agree with this and I practice what I preach: I don’t go to places that don’t interest me or if I don’t feel welcomed. It’s funny that we try to be “inclusive” but at the same time refuse to take some people as they are. That nearly hinges on EXCLUSIVITY(you can’t hang with us in OUR circles). The forums are supposed to be a SHARED space we each PAY for. I personally think it’s better to live and let live than to live and let die.
But you have yet some self-righteous types who profess that you have to be of a certain cut or mold to bother with an MMO, an antiquated genre that passed the test of time with a grade of D+. I think a lot of the problem at hand involves how the normal and average MMORPGer is expected to conduct themselves, but things have CHANGED a lot since the 1990’s.
Because games like this require good cohesive teamwork, it’s antithetical to rock the boat and say all manner of things considered undermining and offensive. Yet nowadays, this game has never been more soloist. Thus censorship to me should be limited at clear-and-present-danger clause type speech that CAN be damaging just like it is in RL. Anything that shouts “Bomb!” on an airplane are things I don’t want to see here.
I have almost no problems. There have been instances when maturity is lacking but it’s too few and far in between. A little censorship is better than no censorship, although it should never be weaponized against people by those who are privileged to know the moderators more personally.
Only if you had to be vetted for your age(“must be at least 18”). Otherwise, some things would need to be censored.
These are the fairest I know among the Internets, so yes. Some places have jackhole mods that would ban you just because they personally don’t want you around.

Actually, I would have simply guessed someone who had no knowledge about civics but a typical adolescent disdain for history.
The obvious disdain for the Constitution in general is an indication of the cult of our previous leader, while the focus on the second amendment looks more like what you said; ergo not either party nor an informed independent (hopefully not a voter).

The Twitspace is now more open then previously, that may be a good thing or not, only time will tell for sure. But it is not a simple anarchy, that wouldn’t work, and the idea is to make it profitable. Outright support for dead practitioners of genocide oversteps even the new more open rules.

Honestly surprised at that one given I’ve seen far more NSFW links and vids posted on these fora than that tame comic. At least some of their other comics are “safe” (and funny!).
If it is not owned or run by the government (i.e. it’s a private entity), free speech protections do not apply. The lone wrinkle there are official government accounts on social media platforms - those cannot be outright silenced, though if delivering misleading content can be labeled as such with a warning and that the user should do their own research.
I rather like that there are rules I have to follow. On my own in my own little room I have a tendency to cuss like a sailor. Profanity rules online help me keep that in check. Sometimes that subtle back of the mind nudge keeps me from making an in-game feaux pas. Besides, Son of a Submariner (thank you Final Fantasy VI!) sounds much cooler and doesn’t get me in trouble. 
This has nothing to do with free speech on forums bub, I understand americans are a bit… slow… but your constitution means less than what my dog leaves in my yard on a multinational videogame forum. You have no free speech here, Blizz isnt the government. Its painful to have to explain american freedom to actual americans
