Wow 51900 error 319

I’ve tried multiple troubleshooting issues trying to fix my random dc’s. To no avail nothing has fixed the issue. Ended up Factory resetting my entire PC and hasn’t fixed the issue.
Ran a WIN MTR.

These are my results, PLEASE HELP!

thanks for the help blizzard!!! I love it!

if you would like a guaranteed response, you should submit a ticket. forums are moderated but only sparsely received replys from blues, responses are mostly from players. tickets are your direct contact point.

that winmtr looks fine. good even. how random are these dc’s? was that running while you were experiencing an issue?

you’ve done some troubleshooting, have you done all of these things? https://us.battle.net/support/en/article/112213

are you able to test by temporarily using an alternate connection like a phone tether? or test by using a vpn?

This has been happening to me repeatedly as well.

For over an hour now, I’ve run through all the posted steps to try and “fix” the problem. But every time I tried to log in, I would get to the character login bar that…well, disconnected me at the last minute. A few times I actually got my character to load, but within seconds, I was kicked out again. I tried different characters. On different realms. Same thing.

I tried the scan and repair on my installation, only for it to hang up and return a different error code, something to the effect that, oopsie, “something went wrong.”

So…I tried following the instructions to uninstall the battle.net launcher and reinstall it.

And now? Well, nope. Can’t even download it. After about twenty tries, with two different browsers (because Blizzard suggested clearing cache and/or trying a different browser), the darned thing won’t download.

So now I’m stuck without even a launcher, because it won’t download. On one browser, the download simply says “failed.” On a different browser, it’s giving a network error.

Mind you, I’m online now typing this out and have visited multiple other sites. So I can easily connect. But Blizzard doesn’t want me playing their game, it’d seem.
