Proven fake.
Second image has spliced in statue from Stormheim and Aerie peaks. The 3rd image has the skybox of gorgrond.
4th image has assets already in the game. This image came out after the Blizzcon setup pictures which means those posts could have been added for realism.
Also the harpy is not a new monster. The dwarf looks photoshopped in.
IT’S a really good fake. But still fake. Everything in that picture is based off things the community already knows and expects, and that’s what makes it a great fake.

I’m not saying it isn’t fake. However, saying it is fake because its supposed new content that is made up of spliced together pieces of existing content is saying you don’t know Blizzard very well.

Sure, they reuse assets but they usually reskin it for the illusion they’re not doing it. All the assets here are just blatantly reused with nothing new added to them, which is not something I think they’d show off on the main blizzcon stage.

The main reason I think it’s real, is the dinosaur. We’ve just gotten a mini pet version from the Time Rifts.
The harpy also has glowing wings. Yes, it’s a BfA/Legion model, but seems a bit different.
This would track.
We also know the next expansion preorder reward is some kind of storm gryphon.
It’s all lining up, tbh.

It looks like they put the one handed hammer from shadowlands with the wing on the back on top of that axe.
That’s also not true, the Legion reveal had harpies in one of the main slides.

Personally, I don’t think the leak is real. AI generators allow people to make some pretty convincing fakes. While I do think Avaloren and Khaz Algar will play a role next expansion, I don’t think these images are real.
But, that’s just my opinion and I could be wrong. We’ll see in about a week.

Seeing as we’re so close to Blizzcon, I believe it’s real.
Some staff couldn’t contain themselves, and we got this leak, imo.
The stuff is all ready to show off, even if it’s still being worked on.

The closer we get to Blizzcon, the more likely the leaks being real become.
There’s just the question if maybe Blizzard is smartening up and leaking fake stuff to mess with people.

As long as they trashcanned the “EVEN BIGGER THREAT” void expansion i am game for this theme, more azeroth adventures solving azeroth problems please, the writer is too incompetent to handle global threats so stick to small regional conflicts like this and you’ll be golden…( not chritie golden though / vomit)
