It looks like all of the woven dusk/woven dawn items in tailoring are bugged, or designed really poorly. They require a spark to craft, but yet you can’t use missives to set the stats and instead only get random ones. Either these are bugged and they were supposed to be able to use missives, or they should have static stats instead of random ones. The stats being random only AND requiring a spark means that no one would be crafting these.

Unless Blizzard significantly buffs the embellishments on them or significantly nerfs other embellishments no one is going to want those sets regardless of what stats they have on them.
