I am not sure if this has been addressed but Woven Dusk set does not proc its effect as intended on Shadow Priests. Its trigger rate is extremely low.

Same here, almost 3 minutes, 6 pros on my Unbound Changeling, 0 procs on the set.

Please fix this, this bug nullifies at least 60 point of tailoring knowledge points and wastes sparks and money for people.

Of the 4 spellids for Woven Dusk, 3 of them have these proc flags. Lacking flags such as: White Melee, Yellow Melee, White Ranged, Yellow Ranged, Generic Hostile Spell, Magic Hostile Spell, and Periodic, it would never proc off damaging abilities.
Proc Flags : White Melee Taken, Yellow Melee Taken, White Ranged Taken, Yellow Ranged Taken, Generic Heal, Generic Hostile Spell Taken, Magic Heal, Magic Hostile Spell Taken, Periodic Taken, Helpful PeriodicThe 4th has these proc flags, and would proc correctly, but it is likely not the spellid being used.
Proc Flags : White Melee, Yellow Melee, White Ranged, Yellow Ranged, Generic Heal, Generic Hostile Spell, Magic Heal, Magic Hostile Spell, Periodic, Helpful Periodic, Unknown 37

not true. procs off my smites.
Procs off smite or atonement
so after smiting kelptfist 46 times (1.1 sec cast), i finally got a proc. the buff faded for about 30 seconds before i got another proc. i then got a 3rd and 4th proc even before the buff expired. this set is verrrrrryyyyy random.
When I run a dungeon it’s usually 5% utime. Like 7 casts, 2 reapplys.
update: 3 procs in shadow during a mists run. 7% uptime.
It has 1.2rppm and lasts 30 seconds. Expected average combat uptime should be over 50%. Which leads me back to assuming it’s using the wrong proc flags as I mentioned before.
That’s why I specified shadow in this topic 
The uptime of woven dusk for taking up 2 embellishment is unacceptable.

I believe so
Seemed to be proccing fine on 11.0.7 ptr, though I only tested this on priest against target dummies. I don’t believe there have been any changes to the spell from live to ptr.
