Like an entire expansion restoring you legion artifact while leveling you azerite traits and mastering your covenant abilities? Oh and all old legendaries getting updating. I wouldn’t mind mix and matching different combos of those things.

Azerite traits were terrible, and we already had some of the Legion and SL skills back.

I would like portals to visit each iteration of the game. It would be fun to be able to time walk to any expansion and have the full mechanics of each era. Or an expansion that brings it all together in such a way. 
But we got horrific visions and everybody is loving it?
Or there can be an ultimate baddie that requires us to use all the combined powers of our old abilities to defeat

I’m talking about just going into a portal to BFA and having azerite powers, then going into a Legion one and playing Legion as if it was Legion.
I mean sargeras is still around.
I don’t see where it matters. Each expansion we have to figure out what works and what doesn’t work. We usually do that while leveling. Then on we go from there.
People aren’t loving it for borrowed power systems. Those aren’t even here. Because we don’t have the neck, cape, azerite gear, the corruptions (at least not how they were). We have a talent tree and some runes. And they are very nerfed.
People like Visions because now it’s not gated with keys and people can just run it and earn the new stuff or some of the old stuff they are missing.
People hate though that the talent tree is gated, and so is progression. And gated progression always accompanies borrowed power systems.
Recolours, remakes…. yeah, we know making new content is hard but don’t bring back the old.
Why would I need something restored from expansions ago. That was then, this is now. They move on and evolve to different things for a reason.
I didn’t even support Legion artifacts when they were originally announced, like heck I’d want them back now.

I think it would make “balancing” a nightmare for raids and dungeons, and the dev team. A cool concept to bring back old legendaries and artifacts but would have to be in a very controlled way (and probably a lot less fun.)
Nah, it would be too much.
Imo it would make a better game mode than expansion. 3mo or so during a content lull have a wacky powerscale game mode, similar to remix.
I’m always going to say “NO” to requests for more recycled content. We get enough of it as it is.
No, not all of that stuff. But I would LOVE to get Gladiator Warrior back as a 4th spec.
They’ve already brought back some of these powers in the form of Talents and Hero Specs. So… no. Such an expansion feature is not necessary.
