biologically it would be very hard, because body fluids dont flow anymore, and for a physical relationship that is a necessity.

Like anyone else it all depends on who they are. Forsaken, human, pandaren, elf doesn’t matter what they are; who they are is more important. If she was someone I got along with and enjoyed the company of sure. Yeah there would be difficulties but if it’s worth it you will work through them.

It would be difficult for someone that is living to have a relationship with a Forsaken because you would have to wear a Bio Suit all the time even if you just wanted to hold hands.

Well, it’s rare enough for a forsaken to be capable of emphaty, let alone love. That combined with an extremely well-conserved flesh…lack of rotting smell…lack of total devotion thowards the dark lady and last but not least, one that gives a damn about me…sure why not?

They’re not. Sylvanas performed a difficult and expensive alchemical ritual on herself to ensure her body remains perfectly preserved. Nathanos received a similar procedure.
