Spotty:
I consider anything that the developers didnt intend to happen an exploit. Skipping parts of a dungeon that they intended for us to do would then be considered an exploit. I was having this discussion with a guildie and he said its not but i don’t want to risk getting banned. Plus, it ruins the games integrity IMO.
If a boss is skippable, then it’s not an exploit, it’s optional.
In FF7, you can skip the Emerald n Ruby Weapon bosses. Does skipping them make the player an exploiter? No.
i think “exploit” n “pay to win” are some of the most misused terms in the WoW community lol
Ok, reading between the lines.
Level 11 tank, skipped bosses, OP is not happy about it.
Posts this thread instead of the usual “level 11 twinks = bad”.
I could be wrong though.
Ion gave me invis pots, I’m going to use invis pots
there is a reason that rogue shroud and invis pots are in the game. devs intended for us to use them…
No, it is not. You can do as much or as little in a dungeon as you want.
Apparently Rogues and Druids have been exploiting for 20 years.
Nope, in fact they design dungeons with skips in mind at times in terms of allowing or disallowing them.
Not an exploit, but annoying when groups want to do a super complicated skip in a pug and it ends up pulling everything. They can be fun in a coordinated group. With random people? They’re just extra headache.
