The community is the issue unfortunately. I remember during Shadowlands it was standard to use discord for M+ which pretty much disappeared during DF. Runs were much better because you could communicate and people were less likely to flame when they are on voice chat.

M+ in discord with friends is my jam and the #1 reason I play WoW.

Yeah it was better when the norm was when pugs were all in discords.

I don’t think they threatened action… they notified us that they actually took action in the form of suspensions.
