Would love to get transmogs from Battle of Dazar’alor But the Disciples that heal Frida have too much life, too many spawn and at once and their heal goes off way too fast. Can’t interrupt them all at once, and they heal her to full. Looks like to no transmogs for me.

Gotta wait til your gear scales high enough to solo it. You need to be at least (bare minimum) 20x stronger than a character of that level. Shadowlands and DF havent had huge borrowed power systems so the player scaling between them has been small, making it take longer before you’re geared enough to do old mythic raids.
The 2 xpac cycle usually applies rather well. Once you get to the gear level of the equivalent raid tier (#2 in BFA and #2 in DF) you can deal with most of the required DPS/HPS. The big problems with BFA raids are bosses that require multiple players to deal with a phase/mechanic or are way easier once you have a pet to split up for example twin/council encounters that take reduced damage otherwise.
Duoed most of it with 2x ret pally (bubble helps on #5 and #6).
Jaina still needs 5+ players to deal with the stacking freeze debuff.
This is the bigger issue. Blizzard needs to do a tuning pass through BFA and SL to make the bosses soloable mechanics-wise.
Not quite: Usually 2ndary stats were much weaker since their powers got re-distributed into the borrowed power systems during those xpacs.
Tanks can already solo Nyalotha up to N’Zoth on mythic and it stops there because of requiring more players in general.
