Depends on the level of sentience I guess? Comparing a Dragon or Aspect to a protodrake primal for example is like comparing a person to a chimp, they look very similar yes, but they certainly aren’t anywhere near the same.
It would be in poor taste, until the first bite.

Obviously depends on who you ask. Present that question to a Forsaken, and they’ll likely lick their desiccated chops. Query a dragon with the same, and they may suggest YOU are the edible one.
Not as much as that time I fired up the grill at Highmountain.
Unless you chop that dragon up into tiny pieces you’re gonna need one hell of a fire, or grill.
