Would a void elf make a better shadow priest than UD or frost mage?

So I have a lvl 80 Void Elf frost mage and want to level my priest whos actually horde, but then I realized- wait, since I want to be a spriest instead of disc this time around, isn’t it better to be a void elf since after all, they’re void magic. I think UD are cool, but idk… maybe I should have two void elves this xpac? Or maybe change my mage to gnome? That would be funny.

Void elf shadow priest is questionablely on the nose basic.

Undead is up that alley too but less so.

Gnome best SPriest race. A small little shadow tank damage machine. Escape Artist and Haste are nice.
I boosted mine, but would have gone Void Elf for the passive racial, if I didn’t have enough Elves already.

Voidelf is a super solid choice for any caster. Their spacial rift is awesome and no knock back on their cast is great too.

My shadow priest is a gnome! Something about such a small character mind controlling is soooo satisfying.

Worth noting that Velf teleport was just stealth nerfed and can no longer Z-axis. Trying to just wastes the CD.

sir this is the pvp side of the forums, races are chosen solely on their tactical advantage, we have surrendered our wills to the meta

void priest is pretty good for casters that have little mobility and get trained by melee, which fits shadow priest to a T.

The teleport is useful for you to teleport + fear their healer. Few people expect it. The no pushback is also huge. I have a buddy who plays affliction warlock and he prefers his void elf toon because of the no pushback racial.

The teleport is also useful for battlegrounds

I’m a pretty human with gnome racial now also get to use wod primal elite set seeing as I don’t have it :dracthyr_uwu:

I think in the long run, you’ll get out of way more fears than you’ll use the velf teleport for some kind of play of the game
