Correct me if I’m wrong, but shouldn’t Wilfred Fizzlebang and the Twin Valkyrs be somewhere outside the ToC portals? They aren’t found anywhere throughout the Argent Tournament, when I distinctly remember there being the two Valkyrs chained to the floor outside the instance. Simply go to the Argent Tournament to replicate, found on Felmagic-Pagle.
