I submitted a bug report last night, I heard this is the place to get the devs’ attention. Someone said the server restarts happening now were to resolve this issue.
Dozens of users (most appear to be on Grobbulus/Skyfury/Atiesh) are experiencing an issue where they cannot login to a specific character and are receiving the “character with that name already exists” error when attempting to login to that character.
